Hello there, I want to help with translation

Had been playing this (though not very frequently) since quite some years ago, and I'd want to help with translating the game.
The language of concern is ZH (Chinese).
Had fetched the file on Github using the EN strings as template and did some translation on my own, but found out it doesn't have all the lines - hence this question.

Are you asking for the "Android version" also playable at Windows like here http://blotunga.itch.io/birth-of-the-empires or the very old version which had the planets shown horizontal at the bottom
