Strangely enough, unless patches are issued in BotE, then BotE for Android is restrictive to modding more buildings, units, starships, and research as Android apps are designed to auto update. Unciv allows for a complex map of 31 opponents (not that you would ever have more than 6) plus city/states which are just like minor race aliens (who have missions so that is a plus for diplomacy).
